SHIPPING

WOOHOO ! So now that you’ve placed your order, here’s all you need to know about how your products are going to get home:

When you purchase something from Casa Frida Market you are supporting a small business and many of the other artists and small businesses we work with. We personally package each shipment with care, and include a little handwritten note and postcard.

​

We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more to be delivered in the 50 contiguous states.  Order subtotal value must be $100 and taxes and gift cards do not apply to your order total.  Free shipping is automatically reflected at checkout.  Free shipping does not apply to international, expedited, or orders with a noted Oversize Item Delivery Fee.

For US orders under $100 see shipping estimated costs below.  Orders are shipped with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.  Please use the chart below to estimate shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders.  Terms of offer are subject to change without notice depending on carriers estimates.

Orders with Standard Shipping selected may ship via a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.  Some UPS or FedEx orders may be delivered by the USPS.  As soon as orders are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number as well as delivery notification emails.  Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.  Express and/or Premium shipping is not offered for these locations.

We offer expedited shipping on eligible items within the 50 contiguous United States.  Expedited shipping is not available for International orders or orders shipping outside of the 50 contiguous United States. 

Weekend delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier.  The estimated shipping time in the table above includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays.  Express or premium orders placed after 10:00 AM EST typically ship the next business day.   

Some oversized items may require an Oversize Item Delivery Fee.  Fees will vary and are notated on the item’s product detail page. 

RETURN POLICY

Eligible items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order like damage, shortage or quality issue must be reported within this time frame at casafridamkt@gmail.com .

  • Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition.

  • Items received as a gift are eligible for a gift card refund only.

  • Original shipping fee (when applicable) will not be refunded when a return is made.

  • Oversized Product - Oversized item returns may include an additional handling and restocking fee, and some may not be able to be returned outside of the contiguous United States. Fees will vary and are notated on the item’s product detail page. If your oversized item has a quality issue or is damaged, please contact us at casafridamkt@gmail.com .

International Orders:

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for return.

International orders with a damage, shortage, or quality issue are only eligible for a refund, please contact us at casafridamkt@gmail.com .

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to seller.
